Kevin is responsible for optimizing the implementation of clients' identity management solutions. He brings more than 16 years of software integration experience in enterprise infrastructure environments, recent examples of which include Fidelity Investments, GE, and Lockheed Martin. Kevin co-founded Centerboard after spending a year with SailPoint Technologies following its acquisition of Waveset boutique, Beacon Professional Services. He came to Beacon by way of Sun Microsystems via its acquisition of Waveset Technologies. At Waveset, he was an early member of the company's identity management engineering team. His primary responsibilities included developing product functionality, and participating in architecture reviews. Prior to Waveset, Kevin was an independent software consultant for BMW North America, where he evaluated and implemented provisioning products, including architecting one of the first Waveset implementations. Kevin started his career with IBM Global Services where he was a middleware integration consultant for organizations such as Kmart, 3M, Norwegian Tax Authority, State of Ohio, and Bank of Peru among others. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and the University of North Texas. In addition to earning a BBA in Computer Information Systems, he is also a Sun (Oracle Waveset) Certified Identity Management Solution Architect, a Sun (Oracle Waveset) Certified Identity Manager Implementation Specialist, and a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Sean is responsible for developing industry-leading deployment methodologies and best practices to optimize clients' identity management investments. Sean has more than 14 years of experience as a systems analyst and technical strategist in areas including identity management, system, information, and application architecture. Sean co-founded Centerboard 1 year after the conclusion of the Sailpoint aquisition of Beacon Professional Services.  Prior to the Sailpoint aquisition Sean was Chief Architect at Beacon Professional Services, where he was instumental in providing deep technical leadership for Beacon's fortune 500 implementations of the Oracle Waveset product. Recent examples of this leadership involved high profile projects at Petro Canada, Telus, and Genentech.  In Addition, Sean was actively engaged with the training department at Sun Microsystems where he helped to develop many courses pertaining to the Oracle Waveset product.  Prior to Beacon Sean worked at Surgient as lead architect in their hosting services where he was responsible for Surgient's strategic roadmap for ensuring customer success.  Before Surgient, Sean worked at Vignette Corporation, where he was a principal consultant in advanced services responsible for developing website globalization and content management strategies for customers. Sean has a B.S. in biomedical science and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University. He is also a Sun (Oracle Waveset) Certified Identity Management Solution Architect and a Sun (Oracle Waveset) Certified Identity Manager Implementation Specialist.
